I, James Thompson, City Clerk of the City of Palm Springs, hereby certify that this
Minute Order approving the purchase of five (5) new 2007 Ford 500 sedans in an
amount not -to -exceed $105,000. from Fritts Ford of Riverside, California, was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting
thereof held on the 4th day of October 2006.
