I, James Thompson, City Clerk of the City of Palm Springs, hereby certify that
this Minute Order approving, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney,
Amendment 1 to Agreement No. A5242 with Standard Parking for a 9-month
extension for downtown parking enforcement services in an additional amount
not-to-exceed $90,000 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm
Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 20t' day of September, 2006.
