The issue identified below has arisen since the posting��f the Closed Session
Agenda; it was moved by and seconded by that this
issue be determined eligible for consideration and added to the Closed Session
Agenda.

1. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
D. Vacant Commercial Building — 1290 Valdivia Way
A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.8, to enable the City Council to consider negotiations with Thomas
Flanagan, MFLP I, LLC, and to give direction to its negotiator, David Ready,
relative to the property located at 1290 Valdivia Way regarding the price and
terms of payment for this property.
