I, James Thompson, City Clerk of the City of Palm Springs, hereby certify that
this Minute Order, Approving a License Agreement with the Well in the Desert,
for the purpose of operating a hot meal feeding program at the Frey Building,
1901 East Baristo Road, Palm Springs, adopted by the City Council of the City of
Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the
�19th day of July, 2006.
