WILLIAMS, ET AL RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve Parcel Map No. 28236 for Sanborn A/E, Inc. representing Donald E. Williams, et al to divide property located at 4801 Sunny Dunes Road and 712 and 730 Eugene Road, (APN 680-160-038, 044, 045), Section 19, T4S, R5E. SUMMARY: Sanborn A/E, Inc. representing Donald E. Williams et al, requests that three (3) parcels located at 4801 Sunny Dunes Road and 712 and 730 Eugene Road, Section 19, T 4 S, R 5 E, be divided into six(6) parcels. BACKGROUND: At its meeting of November 10, 1999, the Planning Commission recommended approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 28236 which was subsequently approved by the City Council, subject to conditions, on March 15, 2000. It has been determined that required conditions have been satisfied, that the Parcel Map No. 28236 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative Map, and that the Parcel Map No. 28236 is ready for City Council actions.
