HomeMy WebLinkAbout20033 - RESOLUTIONS - 5/2/2001 RESOLUTION NO. 20033 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM ' SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 29450 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5001 RAMON ROAD EAST, SECTION 20, T 4 S, R 5 E WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of February 23, 2000 recommended approval of Tentative Map No. 29450 requested by Mainiero, Smith and Associates, Inc. representing Lowe's H.I.W., Inc. for the above described properly, subject to conditions; and WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of April 5, 2000 approved Tentative Map No. 29450 subject to conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds that Parcel Map No. 29450 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Map No. 29450 and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and the City Council does hereby approve Parcel Map No. 29450 for property herein described.
