OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM '
SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL MAP NO.
26364-3 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2321 and 2421
SUNRISE WAY NORTH, SECTION 2, T 4 S, R 4 E
WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of April 24, 1991 recommended
approval of Tentative Map No. 26364 requested by Land Development Design
Corporation representing Southland Group, Inc. for the above described property, subject
to conditions; and
WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of July 3, 1991 approved Tentative Map No.
26364 subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the owner offers dedication to the public use for street and public utility
purposes, Lots "B" and "C; and the dedication of Lot "A" for landscape, utility and
drainage purposes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs
finds that Final Map No. 26364-3 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative;
Map No. 26364 and has satisfied conditions as required; is in conformance with the:
General Plan, and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of
California; and authorizes the City Clerk to accept said offers of dedication and ,
easement(s); and have the Subdivision Improvement Agreement recorded in the Riverside;
County Recorder's Office and that the City Council does hereby approve Final Map No.
26364-3 for property herein described.
ADOPTED this 6th_day of SPptember_1 2000.
