HomeMy WebLinkAbout19704A - RESOLUTIONS - 12/15/1999 RESOLUTION NO. 19704-A OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, , CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF UP TO, BUT NOT TO EXCEED, $5,000 TO FUND THE COST OF CITY- SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE 2000 TOUR DE PALM SPRINGS BICYCLE EVENT AND WAIVING $751.25 IN RENTAL FEES FOR THE USE OF THE PALM SPRINGS PAVILION AND SUNRISE PLAZA FOR ITS SPAGHETTI DINNER AND AUCTION. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, as follows: Section 1. That the expenditure of up to, but not to exceed, $5,000 to fund the cost of City- support services for the 2000 Tour de Palm Springs is hereby approved. Section 2. That the rental fees in the amount of $751.25 for the use of ithe Palm Springs Pavilion and Sunrise Plaza for the Tour de Palm Springs' spaghetti dinner .and auction are hereby waived. ADOPTED this 151" day of December, 19991.
