HomeMy WebLinkAbout19651 - RESOLUTIONS - 9/15/1999 RESOLUTION NO. 19651 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL MAP NO. 29156 FOR ' PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1530 INDIAN CANYON DRIVE NORTH, SECTION 11, T4 S, R 4 E WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of January 13, 1999 recommended approval of Tentative Map No. 29156 requested by representing for the above described property, subject to conditions; and WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of January 20, 1999 approved Tentative Map No. 29156 subject to conditions; and 19VHEREAS the owner offers dedication to the public use for street and public utility purposes, Lot "A" and the public utility easement shown on the map as "10 foot wide P.U.E." for utility purposes; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds that Final Map No. 28156 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative: Map No. 29156 and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and authorizes the City Clerk to accept said offers of dedication and easement, and have the Subdivision Improvement ' Agreement recorded in the Riverside County Recorder's Office, and the City Council does hereby approve Final Map No. 29156 for property herein described. .ADOPTED this 15thday ofSeptember19 99 .AYES: Members Barnes, Hodges, Oden, Reller-Spurgin and Mayor Kleindienst NOES: None .ABSENT: None AfT /J TY OF PAL G;�, CALIFORNIA Y '/ B 7 .. _ City Clerk ity Manager REVIEWED&APPROVED AS TO FORM: Ul IN THE CSTY OF PAIIT 6a?
