OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 28773 FOR '
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4299 RAMON ROAD EAST,
SECTION 19, T 4 S, R 5 E .
WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of March 25, 1998 recommended approval of
Tentative Map No. 28773 requested by SP Consulting Group representing Leo Pochter, Trustee of
the Pochter Family Property Trust For the above described property, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of May 6, 1998 approved Tentative Map No. 28773
subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the owner offers dedication to the public use for street and public utility purposes, Lot
"A"; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds that
Parcel Map No. 28773 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Map No. 28773 and has
satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and conforms to all
requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and authorizes the City Clerk to
accept said offer of dedication, and the City Council does hereby approve Parcel Map No. 28773 for
property herein described. '
ADOPTED this 2nd Day of September, 1.998.
