OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
A CONTRACT WITH COMMUNITY CAPITAL
GROUP OF NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND FOR
ADDITIONAL SERVICES ON THE CITY'S HUD
SECTION 108 LOAN PROGRAM

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs,
California, that a contract with Community Capital Group of Newport, Rhode Island, for
additional services on the City's HUD Section 108 loan program be approved.
ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1998.
