OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM: SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 18581, AS
AMENDED, TO ADD AND INCREASE FEES FOR FACILITY
RENTAL AND PROGRAM FEES.
WHEREAS on April 5, 1995, the City Council adopted Resolution 18581; and
WHEREAS Resolution 18581 is the City's Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to amend the Comprehensive fee Schedule in order add
and increase facility rental and program fees;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, that
Resolution 18581, as amended, establishing the Comprehensive Fee Schedule, is hereby further
amended, by adding the following to read:
