OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL MAP NO. 26364-2 FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 222t and 2321 SUNRISE WAY
NORTH, SECTION 2, T 4 S, R 4 E
WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of April 24, 1991, recommended approval of
Tentative Map No. 26364 requested by Hunsaker & Associates Riverside/San Bernardino, Inc.
representing Racquet Drive Estates, Inc. for the above described property, subject to conditions;
and
WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of July 3, 1991 approved Tentative Map No. 26364
subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the tentative map has had time extensions and is an active map; and
WHEREAS the property depicted on Tentative Map 26364 is currently owned by Southland
Group, Inc.; and
WHEREAS Southland Group, Inc. requested and was granted, approval by the Planning
Commission at its meeting of January 8, 1997 and by the City Council at its meeting of January 22,
1997 to record the final map in four (4) phases; and
WHEREAS the Subdivision Improvement Agreement and atitendaut security covers the '
improvements for Phase 2;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds
that Final Map No. 26364-2 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Map No. 26364
and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and conforms
to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and the City Council does
hereby approve Final Map No. 26364-2 for property herein described.
