HomeMy WebLinkAbout18972 - RESOLUTIONS - 2/5/1997 RESOLUTION NO. 18972 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE 1996-97 ' FISCAL YEAR. WHEREAS Resolution 18440, approving the budget for the fiscal year was adopted on June 19, 1996; and WHEREAS the City Manager has recommended, and the City Council desires to approve, certain amendments to said budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Finance is authorized to record inter-fund cash transfers as required in accordance with this Resolution, and that Resolution 18440 adopting the budget for the 1996-97 fiscal year is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 1. ADDITIONS FUND ACTIVITY ACCOUNT AMOUNT No. 135 0371 8036 $60,000 Title: Drainage Central Line 20 Drainage Zone El Cielo (Sunny Dunes-Ramon) ' Purpose: Provide funding and authorize payment of $210,000 to Riverside County Flood Control District for Line 20 (Stage 2) storm drain construction on El Cielo Rd., (Sunny Dunes to Ramon Rd.) in the "Central" drainage area (see 2/5/97 Council Report). There is a current balance of$150,000 in the above account, requiring an additional $60,000 transfer. SECTION 2.
