HomeMy WebLinkAbout18845 - RESOLUTIONS - 6/19/1996 RESOLUTION NO. 18845 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 18581, AS AMENDED, TO UPDATE FIRE DEPARTMENT FEES TO REFLECT DELETIONS AND ADDITIONS. WHEREAS on April 5, 1995, the City Council adopted Resolution 18521; and WHEREAS Resolution 18521 is the City's Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS the City Council desires to amend the Comprehensive Fee Schedule in order to update Fire Department fees to reflect deletions and additions of fire services offered. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, that Resolution 18521, as amended, establishing the Comprehensive Fee Schedule, is hereby further amended, by adding, deleting and amending the following to read: FIRE DELETING: Tees Medical Aid $ 60.00 per response Patient Assist 40.00 per response Permits Business Permit (to operate business or event as defined by Article 4, Uniform Fire Code) 60.00 per permit Private Fire Hydrants 10.00 per inspection ADDING: Connnunity Assistance and Response to Emergency Situations (C.A.R.E.S.) Training Medical Aid during an Emergency/Disaster 15.00 Emergency Preparedness, Response and the Basics of Fire Extinguishment 15.00 Light Search and Rescue 15.00 CPR Level I (Adult Patient Only) 15.00 CPR Level II (Infant and Child) 15.00 Introduction to Disaster Psychology & Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) 15.00 ADOPTED this 19th day of June 1996.
