OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 26805 FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1170 INDIAN CANYON DRIVE
NORTH, SECTION 11, T 4 S, R 4 E
WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of.Tune 10, 19192 recommended approval
of Tentative Map No. 26805 requested by Mainiero, Smith & Associates representing Desert
Hospital Corporation for the above described property, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of July 1, 1992 approved Tentative Map No. 26805
subject to conditions; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds
that Parcel Map No. 26805 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Map No.
26805 and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and
conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and the City
Council does hereby approve Parcel Map No. 26805 for property herein described.
