OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO THE ALLOCATED
POSITIONS AND COMPENSATION PLANS FOR
POSITIONS IN THE CITY SERVICE FOR
THE 1995-1996 FISCAL YEAR. '
WHEREAS the City Council by Resolution 18677, on August 2, 1995,
adopted Allocated Positions and Compensation Plans for positions in
the City Service for Fiscal Year 1995-1996; and
WHEREAS an amendment to the Allocated Positions and Compensation
Plans is necessitated by the desirability of reinstating the title
of two (2) Code Enforcement Officer positions transferred from the
Fire Department to the Planning & Building Department effective
April 1, 1996; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of.
Palm Springs, California, that Amendment No. 6 to the Allocated
Positions and Compensation Plans for positions in the City Service
for Fiscal Year 1995-1996 is hereby approved as follows:
