SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL MAP NO. 27039 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1180 INDIAN CANYON DRIVE NORTH, SECTION 11, T 4 S, R 4 E 1 WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of June t0, 1992 recommended approval of Tentative Map No. 27039 requested by Mainiero, Smith & Associates representing Desert Hospital Corporation for the above described property, subject to conditions; and WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of July 1, 1992 approved Tentative Map No. 27039 subject to conditions; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds that Final Map No. 27039 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Map No. 27039 and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and the City Council does hereby approve Final Map No. 27039 for property herein described. ADOPTED this 3rdday of April , t9 96.
