HomeMy WebLinkAbout18690 - RESOLUTIONS - 9/6/1995 RESOLUTION NO. 18690 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 18581, AS AMENDED, TO UPDATE PLANNING & BUILDING DEPARTMENT FEES REGARDING REMOVING,RE-ISSUING ' AND STORAGE OF ABANDONED SHOPPING CARTS. WHEREAS on April 5, 1995, the City Council adopted Resolution 18581; and WHEREAS Resolution 185 81 is the City's Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS the City Council desires to amend the Comprehensive Fee Schedule in order update Planning & Building Department fees regarding removing, re-issuing and storage of abandoned shopping carts NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, that Resolution 18581, as amended, establishing the Comprehensive Fee Schedule, is hereby further amended, by adding the following to read: PLANNING Shopping Cails Re-issuance of Removed/Abandoned Carts 12.00 per cart Storage of Removed/Abandoned Carts .50 per day, per cart ` ' ADOPTED this 6th day of September , 1995.
