OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM
SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING, SUBJECT
TO FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION
ACCEPTANCE, CHANGE ORDERS 1 AND 2 TO
AIRPORT SAFETY AREA PROJECT CONTRACT
#3534 WITH GRANITE CONSTRUCTION. ,
WHEREAS the City Council has previously approved contract A 3534 with Granite Construction
Company for the second phase of the airfield safety area project, and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to make modification to the unit cost contract to reflect
changes to the work;
NOW THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED that Change Orders 1 and 2. are approved as follows and
the City Manager is authorized to execute necessary Change Order documents.
