HomeMy WebLinkAbout18511 - RESOLUTIONS - 11/16/1994 RESOLUTION NO. 18511 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 17796, AS AMENDED, TO INCREASE PERMIT FEES FOR VENDORS $5.00 PER WEEK TO ALL VENDOR CATEGORIES, AND TO ADD A $20.00 WEEKLY PERMIT FEE FOR PRODUCE FARMERS. WHEREAS on February 19, 1992, the City Council adopted Resolution 17796; and WHEREAS Resolution 17796 is the City's Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS the City Council desires to amend the Comprehensive Fee Schedule in order to increase permit fees for vendors $5.00 per week, to all vendor categories, and to add a $20.00 weekly permit fee for Produce Farmers; NOW THEREFORE BE- IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, that Resolution 17796, as amended, establishing the Comprehensive Fee Schedule, is hereby further amended, by amending the following to read: PARKS & RECREATION Viliagefest Application Fee (Non-Refundable) 10.00 Weekly Permit Fees Nonprofit Vendors 25.00 Food Vendors 50.00 ' Non-Food Vendors 45.00 Produce Farmer 20.00 Monthly Permit Fees* Paid by last Thursday of the Previous Month* Nonprofit Vendors 80.00 Food Vendors 160.00 ,eon-Food Vendors 140.00 Paid by lst Thursday of the Month* Nonprofit Vendors 90.00 Food Vendors 170.00 Non-Food Vendors 150.00 *Based on a four-week month.
