HomeMy WebLinkAbout18193 - RESOLUTIONS - 10/6/1993RESOLUTION NO. 18193 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 23130 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2855 AND 2975 PALM CANYON DRIVE NORTH, SECTION 3 WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of August 9, 1989 recommended approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 23130 requested by Mainiero, Smith and Associates, Inc. representing Stephen Culver Nichols for the above described property, subject to conditions; and WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of September 6, 1989 approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 23130 subject to conditions; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs finds that Parcel Map No. 23130 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 23130 and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance: with the General Plan, and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and the City Council does hereby approve Parcel Map No. 23130 for property (herein described.
