Home My WebLink About18187 - RESOLUTIONS - 10/6/1993RESOLUTION NO. 18187 r OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 17796, AS AMENDED, TO INCREASE FACILITY RENTAI'- FEES ' THROUGHOUT THE RECREATIONAL DIVSION FACILITIES, TO ESTABLISH A YEARLY ASSOCIATION FEE FOR PARTICIPATION IN PROGRAMS, AND DELETE SERVICES NO LONGER OFFERED OR RUN BY PRIVATE CONCESSION. WHEREAS on February 19, 1992, the City Council adopted Resolution 17796; and - WHEREAS Resolution 17796 is the City's Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and r WHEREAS the City Council desires to amend the Comprehensive Fee Schedule in order to increase facility rental fees throughout the Recreational Divsion facilities, to establish a yearly association fee for participation in programs, and delete services no longer offered or run by private concession; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, that Resolution 17796, as amended, establishing the Comprehensive Fee Schedule, is hereby further amended, as follows by adding, amending, and deleting the following.
