HomeMy WebLinkAbout18073 - RESOLUTIONS - 4/7/1993 RESOLUTION NO. 18073 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 17796, AS AMENDED, TO REFLECT FEE CHANGES FOR VILLAGEFEST VENDOR PARTICIPATION. WHEREAS on February 19, 1992, the City Council adopted Resolution 17796; and WHEREAS Resolution 17796 is the City's Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS the City Council desires to amend the Comprehensive Fee Schedule in order to reflect fee changes for Villagefest vendor participation; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, that Resolution 17796, as amended, establishing the Comprehensive Fee Schedule, is hereby further amended, by amending the following to read: PARKS, RECREATION AND GOLF COURSE Villagefest Weekly Permit Fees Nonprofit Vendors 20.00 Food Vendors 45.00 Non-Food Vendors 40.00 Monthly Permit Fees Paid by last Thursday of the Previous Month Nonprofit Vendors 60.00 ' Food Vendors 140.00 Non-Food Vendors 120.00 Paid by 1st Thursday of the Month Nonprofit Vendors 70.00 Food Vendors 150.00 Non-Food Vendors 130.00 ADOPTED this 7th day of April 1993.
