HomeMy WebLinkAbout18025 - RESOLUTIONS - 1/20/1993 RESOLUTION NO. 18025 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 17796, AS AMENDED, TO UPDATING CHARGES OF VARIOUS PAGES AND DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE CITY CLERK'S DEPARTMENT. WHEREAS on February 19, 1992, the City Council adopted Resolution 17796; and WHEREAS Resolution 17796 is the City's Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS the City Council desires to amend the Comprehensive Fee Schedule in order to updating charges of various pages and documents available through the City Clerk's Department; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, that Resolution 17796, as amended, establishing the Comprehensive Fee Schedule, is hereby further amended, by amending the following to read: CITY CLERK ' Certification 7.50 per document Mailing Documents (at cost, or minimum) At Cost per mailing, or 1.50 minimum, per mailing Public Records Research Fee 13.75 per quarter hour Requests completed in less than 15 minutes ----- No Charge Sale of Maps & Publications (subject to sales tax) City Council Agenda 51.50 annually Agenda & Minutes 107.00 annually General Plan ' Maps 5.00 per map Municipal Code 205.00 Per page .15 Supplement 25.00 Reproductions 1 - 10 Pages 1.00 flat fee Each additional page over 10 .15 per page Sewer Master Plan DELETED Sign Ordinance DELETED Standard Plans (for Public Works Construction) 12.50 Zoning Maps 5.00 per map � y� Res.
