HomeMy WebLinkAbout17921 - RESOLUTIONS - 8/12/1992 r RESOLUTION NO. 17921 r 4 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SIPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE 1989-90 FISCAL YEAR. WHEREAS Resolution 16815, approving the budget for the fiscal year 1989-90 was adopted on June 21 , 1989; and WHEREAS the City Manager has recommended, and the City Council desires to approve, certain amendments to said budget; r NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Finance is authorized to record inter-fund cash transfers as required -in accordance with this Resolution, and that Resolution 16815 adopting the budget for the 1989-90 fiscal year is hereby amended as follows: SECTION 1 . ADDITIONS FUND ACTIVITY ACCOUNT AMOUNT No. 135 0370 4566 1,147,000 Title: Drainage North Farrell Basin Drainage Zone Vista Chino , Purpose: Provide funding for Riverside County Flood Control District for Farrell Retention Basin and Line 6 (Stage 1) on Vista Chino (Cerritos to the west side of Sunrise Way) which falls in the "North" drainage area. SECTION 2. SOURCE - Drainage fees collected in prior fiscal years. FUND ACTIVITY ACCOUNT AMOUNT ` No. 135 301 1,147,000 Title: Drainage Fund Balance Adopted this 12th day of August 19 92 .
