HomeMy WebLinkAbout17797 - RESOLUTIONS - 2/19/1992 RESOLUTION NO. 17797 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING; THE ' DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN CONTRACT ITEMS. ' WHEREAS funds are available in the annual budget of the City of ' Palm Springs for the purchase of certain materials, supplies and equipment; and WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Palm Springs desires to purchase these items through the State of California Office of Procurement; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the: City of Palm Springs, does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Service!; of the State of California to purchase materials, supplies and equipment as requested for and on behalf of the City of Palm Springs, pursuant to Section 10324 , ' Public Contract Code, and that Harold E. Good, Purchasing Manager, is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Palm Springs. ADOPTED this 19th day of February 1992 .
