OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
PARCEL 14AAP 27172 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT THE NOr"L'T,HLv'EST 2-0""ER OF CROSSLEY ROAD
AND MESQUITE AVENUE, SECTION 20.
WHEREAS the Planning commission, at its meeting of sEPTEMBER 25,
1991 recommended approval 0.1 Tentative Parcel Map 27172 requested
by Knutson Capital Investment, Inc. , for the above described "
property, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the City Council, at its meeting of October 16„ 1991
approved Tentative Parcel Map 27172 subject to conditions; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council. of the City of
Palm Springs finds that ]Parcel Map 27172 is in substantial
conformance with approved Tentative Parcel Map 27172 and has `
satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the
General Plan, and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision
Map Act of the State of California, and the City Council does `
hereby approve Parcel Map 27172 for property herein described.
ADOPTED this 6th day of November 19 91
