HomeMy WebLinkAbout17567 - RESOLUTIONS - 7/3/1991 r RESOLUTION NO. 17567 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 16319, AS ,AMENDED, RELATING TO SEWER FACILITY FEES. WHEREAS, by Resolution 16319, the City Council established a Comprehensive Fee Schedule, prescribing the amount of fees, payments, deposits, and the like, chargeable for certain permits, inspections, application processing, and other governmental and proprietary services; and " WHEREAS the City Council has amended said fee schedule by further resolutions when required; and WHEREAS the City Council desires to further adjust sewer facility fees, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs that Resolution 16319, as amended, is hereby further amended to reflect the following, effective July 1 , 1991 : COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT j Sewer Facility Fee (exclusive of street main charges or street lateral fee) New construction shall pay the sewer facility fee in effect at the time a building permit is issued by the City and said facility fee shall be paid prior to the granting of a building permit. a) Residential units, (including single-family dwellings, apartments, co-op apartments, condominiums, and mobile home park spaces) - $3,626 per unit ► b) Commercial and industrial units - $305 per fixture unit c) Hotel (as defined in the Zoning Ordinance) rooms without kitchens - $1 ,575 per unit d) Hotel (as defined in the Zoning Ordinance) rooms with kitchens - $1 ,804 per unit e) Recreational Vehicle Space - $2,819 per space fo- building permits. ► ADOPTED this 3rd day of July , 1991 .
