OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP 26352 FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED ON JACARANDA ROAD, EAST OF
BARONA ROAD, SECTION 25.

WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of July 25, 1990 recommended
approval of Tentative Parcel Map 26352 requested by John M. Bloomer and
Melinda H. Bloomer for the above-described property, subject to conditions;
and
WHEREAS the City Council , at its meeting of September 5, 1990 approved
Tentative Parcel Map 26352 subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS the City Council finds that Final Parcel Map 26352 is in substantial
conformance with approved Tentative Parcel Map 26352 and has satisfied
conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and
conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Act of the State of
California,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs
does hereby approve Final Parcel Map 26352 for property herein described.
