OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA APPROVING
THE SALE TO PATRICIA A. SANDERS OF
THE PREMISES LOCATED AT 723 PALM
AVENUE IN SECTION 19.
WHEREAS the City owned premises at 723 Palm Avenue was declared to
be surplus property by Resolution No. 17434, adopted February 20,
1991; and
WHEREAS it has been determined that the premises qualifies under
the government code sections regulating the sale of surplus
properties to low or moderate income households and should be a
` part of the City's affordable housing program; and
WHEREAS Patricia A. Sanders meets the legal requirements of a
moderate income family and has offered to purchase the premises at
the appraised value of $62 , 000 according to the written offer to
purchase on file with the City.

• NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Palm Springs, as follows:
Section 1. Sale of the premises located at 723 Palm Avenue to
Patricia A. Sanders for the sum of $62, 000 is
hereby approved.
• Section 2 . The City Manager and City Attorney of the City of
Palm Springs are hereby authorized to execute any
and all documents to consummate the sale of the
subject premises.
Section 3 . The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant
deed conveying said premises to Patricia A.
Sanders.
Section 4. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to arrange
for the deed to be recorded on behalf of the City
of Palm Springs.
ADOPTED this 1st day of May , 1991.
