HomeMy WebLinkAbout17436 - RESOLUTIONS - 2/20/1991 RESOLUTION NO. 17436 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP 26089 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON INDIAN AVENUE BETWEEN LAS VEGAS ROAD AND COROZON AVENUE, SECTION 34. WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of June 27, 1990 recommended approval of Tentative Parcel Map 26089 requested by KWL Associates, Inc. representing Westshore Financial Corporation (Desert Blind Associates, Inc.) for the above-described property, subject to conditions; and WHEREAS the City Council , at its meeting of July 25 , 1990 approved Tentative Parcel Map 26089 subject to conditions; and F ' WHEREAS the City Council finds that Final Parcel Map 26089 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Parcel Map 26089 and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Act of the State of California , NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs does hereby approve Final Parcel Map 26089 for property herein described.
