OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 11750, AS AMENDED,
TO PROVIDE THAT STUDY SESSIONS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
SHALL. BE HELD AT TWO P.M. , ON EACH TUESDAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM `.SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, that Section 1.4 of the Rules of Procedures for Council
meetings and related functions and activities, as adopted by Resolution
11750, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows:
1.4 STUDY SESSION:
Members of the Council may meet in a regullar Study
Session at 2 p.m. , in the Large Conference Room,
City Hall , each Tuesday. (See Sec. 10. 1)
At least 72 hours before the regular study session
meeting, an agenda shall be posted as provided in
Section 2.2.
E3E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that paragraph one of Section 10. 1 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
10. 1 STUDY SESSION:
Those Councilmembers who are able to attend will
meet in the City Hall Large Conference Room every
Tuesday beginning at 2 p.m. , for the purpose of reviewing
the agenda for a Council meeting, and meeting and
conferring with city commisssion, civic organizations ,
city officials and others relative to pending city
business.
ADOPTED this 5th day of December 1990.
