HomeMy WebLinkAbout17281 - RESOLUTIONS - 10/2/1990RESOLUTION NO. 17281 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 8 TO THE ALLOCATED POSITIONS AND COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS IN THE CITY SERVICE FOR THE 1990-91 FISCAL YEAR. WHEREAS THE City Council by Resolution 17201, on July 25, 1990, adopted Allocated Positions and Compensation Plans for Fiscal Year 1990-91; and WHEREAS the City Council and the City Manager have recommended that the Allocated Positions and Compensation Plans be amended to eliminate the City Attorney Department and establish a Rent Control Division in the City Manager Department; and " WI4EREAS an amendment to the Allocated Positions and Compensation Plans is also necessitated by the desirability of deleting one City Attorney allocation at EX 10, one Assistant City Attorney allocation at MX 20, one Executive Legal Secretary allocation at C 23, and one Legal Secretary allocation at C 12; and adding one Rent Control Coordinator allocation at MX 7 and one Clerical Assistant II allocation at G 11, both in the Rent Control Division in the City Manager Department.
