HomeMy WebLinkAbout17274 - RESOLUTIONS - 9/19/1990 RESOLUTION NO. 17274 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP 25010 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF E. PALM CANYON AND GOLF CLUB DRIVE, SECTION 29. WHEREAS the Planning Commission, at its meeting of December 13, 1989 recommended approval of Tentative Subdivision Map 25010 requested by J. F. Davidson Associates , Inc. representing Paul Mitchell and Ingrid Mitchell for the above-described property, subject to conditions; and WHEREAS the City Council , at its meeting of January 3, 1990 approved Tentative , Subdivision Map 25010 subject to conditions; and WHEREAS the City Council finds that Final Subdivision Map 25010 is in substantial conformance with approved Tentative Subdivision Map 25010 and has satisfied conditions as required, and is in conformance with the General Plan, 4 and conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Act of the State of California, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs does hereby approve Final Subdivision Map 25010 for properly herein described. ADOPTED this 19th day of _ September 1990.
