HomeMy WebLinkAbout17226 - RESOLUTIONS - 7/31/1990 i RESOLUTION NO. 17226 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR A PHASE I BUILDING AS A PORTION OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR DESERT HOSPITAL, CASE 5.0421-PD-185. WHEREAS the Planning Commission -has- considered an application for final development plans (architecture only) for the Phase I building (housing emergency, the women and infants center, radiology and the rooftop helipad) as a portion of Planned Development District #185 for Desert Hospital , on property located along Indian Avenue between Tachevah Drive and Paseo el Mirador, R-2 and R-4 Zones, Section 11; and WHEREAS the Planning Commission recommends final approval of the final development plans for the Phase I building, subject to conditions; and WHEREAS the City Council is in agreement with the recommendation of the Planning Commission. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California does hereby approve the final development plans ` (architecture only) for the Phase I building (housing emergency, the women and infants center, radiology and the rooftop helipad) as a portion of Planned Development District #185 for Desert Hospital subject to the following condition: 1. Final development plans for Parking Lot D (including the ambulance entry) and the main entrance shall be approved prior to start of construction of this building. 2. Landscape plans shall be submitted for approval by the Planning Commission and shall be consistent with Desert Hospital ' s Landscape Master Plan. 3. The Helipad shall be operated only after approval is granted by all appropriate governmental agencies; such approval shall have been granted prior to the start of construction of this building.
