HomeMy WebLinkAbout17212 - RESOLUTIONS - 7/25/1990 RESOLUTION NO. 17212 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS CALIFORNIA# AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION 16319 , AS AMENDED, ADDING AND AMENDING CERTAIN FEES FOR SERVICE. WHEREAS, by Resolution 13189, the City Council established a Comprehensive Fee Schedule prescribing the amount of fees, payments, and deposits chargeable for certain programs, facilities, and other miscellaneous governmental and proprietary services; and WHEREAS the staff, in conjunction with the implementation of budgeted application processing, recreation program use, and facility use, has reviewed City costs to implement and sustain those programs; and WHEREAS the staff recommends amendments and additions to the Comprehensive Fee Schedule. c NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, that Resolution 13189 as amended is hereby further amended to add the following, fees to go into effect September 1, 1990 : •- Section 1. "Parks and Recreation" - This section is amended to add the following to Angel Stadium, S.C. Frey Building, Leisure Center Community Room, Leisure Center Dance Studio, Picnic Area, Pavilion, and Showmobile sections. racility Rental Fees Fees Non-resident standard, 1.25 ;, the base rental non-profit and commercial fees fees now in effect Kitchen use fee (Resident & $50. 00 per event Non-Resident) Section 2 . "Parks and Recreation" - This section is amended to add the following to Pavilion and Picnic Area sections. Recreational Vehicle Parking Peas Charge for multiple-day City $10. 00 per night contracted events. There must be a guaranteed minimum of 25 RV' s in order- to park in City facilities. ADOPTED this 25th day of July 1990 .
