CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PAYMENT OF PAYROLL WARRANTS
FOR THE PAYROLL PERIOD ENDED MARCH 31 , 1990
BY WARRANTS NUMBERED 243884 THROUGH 244511 IN
THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF $ 781 653.32 DRAWN ON THE
FIRST INTERSTATE BANE.

WHEREAS the Finance Director has , in accordance with Chapter 3.16 of
the Palm Springs Municipal Code, audited the payroll records covering
the subject warrants; and
WHEREAS the Finance Director hereby certifies to 'i:he accuracy of said
records and to the availability of funds for payment.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that payroll warrants numbered 243884
through 244511 have been audited as required by laid and that said
warrants are hereby approved for payment.
