others because the items were never intended to be part
of the construction contract; that the item concerning
smoke detectors is the result of Building Code interpreta- (139)
tion by the City's Building Division; that landscaping
changes relate mainly to lighting, block wall footings,
waterproofing masonry planters, and walls near the facility
sign; that additional electrical for the IBM meetings
' will result in an increase in amperage in eleven meeting
rooms, and will be somewhat offset by a payment from IBM,
part of which will go to the Wyndham; that low-voltage
in the aisle seats is required by Building Code; that
the stacking pockets will allow rooms to be individually
