CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
MAY 25, 1984
An Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Palm
Springs, was called to order by Mayor Bogert, in the Large Conference
Room, City Hall , 3200 Tahquitz-McCallum Way, on Friday, May 25, 1984,
at 2 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmembers Foster, Maryanov, Smith &
Mayor Bogert
Absent: Councilmember Birer
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: Mayor declared the meeting adjourned
for the purpose of convening as the Community Redevelopment Agency;
and upon reconvening, business resumed.
LEGISLATIVE ACTION:
1 . STREET LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 3
Resolution 15056 approving Engineer' s Report and declaring
intent to collect assessments, and setting June 27, 1984, for
hearing thereon, was presented; after which, it was moved by (56)
Foster, seconded by Maryanov, and unanimously carried, Birer
absent, that Resolution 15056 be adopted.
2. PARKWAY MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NOS. 6A, 6B & 6C
Resolution 15057 declaring intent to levy and collect assessments
for 1984-85, was presented; after which, it was moved by Foster,
seconded by Maryanov, and unanimously carried, Birer absent,
that Resolution 15057 be adopted. (138)
3. A.D. 145
Resolutions 15058 through 15063, adopting proposed boundary
map, covering preliminary determination and ordering engineer' s
report, approving report-declaring intent-and passing on report, (56)
and setting hearing thereon, and referencing wage scale, were
presented; after which, it was moved by Foster, seconded by
Maryanov, and unanimously carried, Birer absent, that Resolutions
15058 through 15063 be adopted.
4. FTM 18370-2 & 18370-3
Resolutions 15064 and 15065, approving Final Tract Maps above
noted for property on Camino Parocela east of Sunrise; and
on Mesquite Avenue, east of Farrell , were presented ; after (137)
which, it was moved by Foster, seconded by Maryanov, and
unanimously carried, Bogert abstaining and Birer absent, that
Resolutions 15064 and 15065 be adopted.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor declared the meeting
adjourned.
