AN ORDINANCE OF SHE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 3 . 84 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE AND ADDING SUBSECTION
3 . 90 . 210 (aa) TO INDICATE THE BUSINESS LICENSE
TAX FOR SWAP MEETS,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIRE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection (4) is added to Section 3 . 84 . 420 of the Palm
Springs Municipal Code as follows:
(4) SWAP MEETS. For each space or individual selling
outside of a space at the daily rate set forth in section
3 . 90 . 210 (aa) .
SECTION 2 . Section 3 . 90. 210 of the Palm Springs Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding thereto Subsection 3 . 90. 210 (aa) to read as
follows:

SECTION 3 . EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect thirty (30) days after passage.
SECTION 6 . PUBLICATION, The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
directed to certify the passage of this Ordinance„ and to cause the
same or a summary thereof or a display advertisement, duly
prepared according to law, to be published in accordance with law.
