HomeMy WebLinkAbout1452 - ORDINANCES - 7/21/1993 ORDINANCE NO. 1452 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CAL:IFORNIA, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO REMOVE BILLIARD PARLORS AS A PROHIBITED USE WITHIN THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (CBD) ZONE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 9209 . 02-E of the Zoning Ordinance is amended by deleting the following: "Billiard parlors, as either a main or accessory use. " Section 2 . EFFECTIVE DATE. The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days after passage. Section 3 . PUBLICATION. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to certify the passage of this Ordinance, and cause the same or a summary thereof or a display advertisement, duly prepared according to law, to be published in accordance with law.
