HomeMy WebLinkAbout2004 - MINUTES - 6/30/2004 CITY OF PALM SPRINGS CITY COUNCIL MINUTES JUNE 30, 2004 ' An Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, was called to order by Mayor Oden, in the Large Conference Room, 3200 Tahquitz Canyon Way, on Wednesday, June 30, 2004, at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmembers Foat, McCulloch, Mills and Mayor Oden Absent: Councilmember Pougnet The meeting was opened with the Salute to the Flag. REPORT OF POSTING OF AGENDA: City Clerk reported that the agenda was posted in accordance with Council procedures on June 25, 2004. PRESENTATIONS: None REPORT OF POSTING OF AGENDA: City Clerk HOUSING AUTHORITY: INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY: FINANCING AUTHORITY: COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY: No Business PUBLIC COMMENTS: None APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA: It was moved by Mills, seconded by Foat and unanimously carried, that Items 1 thru 4 be adopted. Review by City Manager of Consent Items to be clarified. 1. MO 7505 approving side letter with the Palm Springs Police Management Association extending the MOU for three months, term expiring September 31, 2004. 2. MO 7506 approving side letter with the Palm Springs Fire Safety Association extending the MOU for three months, term expiring September 31, 2004. 3. MO 7507 approving side letter with the Palm Springs Police Officers' Association Safety Unit extending the MOU for three months, term expiring September 31, 2004. 4. MO 7508 approving contract with JenQuest for contractual insurance tracking purposes for a term of one year in the amount of $22,080 per year and one time set up costs up to $4,440. A4904.
