SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING THE
REPORT OF PROCEEDINGS AND ACCOUNTING
FOR THE PUBLIC NUISANCE ABATEMENT
LIEN LOCATED AT 2193 E. AMADO ROAD,
FILE#CP98-1053
WHEREAS the City has instituted abatement proceedings concerning a Zoning Ordinance violation
(property maintenance) located on the property described as 2193 E. Amado Road , Palm Springs,
California; and
WHEREAS said property is shown as Assessor's Parcel No. 502-081-003 on the County Assessor's
Map books as of.tune 28, 1999; and
WHEREAS the Director of Planning and Building has reported that notices required in accordance
with Chapter 11.72 of the Palm Springs Municipal Code have been given and that the owner had
refused to comply; and
WHEREAS pursuant to said code, the City thereupon abated the public nuisance located on the
property described above; and
WHEREAS the City Council did receive and file the report of proceedings and accounting of the
cost of abatement on June 2, 1999.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves the report of Proceedings and Accounting of
cost in the total amount of$1,802.52.
Section 2. That a special assessment lien in the amount of$1,802.52 is hereby imposed upon the
property hereinabove described.
Section 3. That a certified copy of this Resolution and the report shall be filed with the Riverside
County Assessor.
Section 4. That the County Assessor is respectfully requested to enter the amourit of the
assessment on the County Tax Roll opposite the parcel of land referred to, and that
thereafter said amount shall be collected at the same time, and in the same manner as
ordinary municipal taxes.
Section 5. That a certified copy of this resolution and the report be recorded with the Riverside
County Recorder's Office.

WHEREAS the City has instituted abatement proceedings concerning a Zoning Ordinance violation

Map books as of June 28, 1999; and
WHEREAS the Director of Planning and Building has reported that notices required in accordance

refused to comply; and

Section 2. That a special assessment lien in the amount of$462.00 is hereby imposed upon the
property hereinabove described.
Section 3. That a certified copy of this Resolution and the report shall be filed with the Riverside
County Assessor.
Section 4. That the County Assessor is respectfully requested to enter the amount of the
assessment on the County Tax Roll opposite the parcel of land referred to, and that
thereafter said amount shall be collected at the same time, and in the same manner as

WHEREAS the City has instituted abatement proceedings concerning a Zoning Ordinance violation
(property maintenance)located on the property described as 660 S. Calle Palo Fiero, Palm Springs,
California; and
WHEREAS said property is shown as Assessor's Parcel No.508-151-007 the County Assessor's Map
books as of June 28, 1999; and
WHEREAS the Director of Planning and Building has reported that notices required in accordance with
Chapter 11.72 ofthe Palm Springs Municipal Code have been given and that the owner had refused to
comply; and

Section 3. That a certified copy of this Resolution and the report shall be filed with the Riverside County

REPORT OF PROCEEDINGS AND ACCOUNTING
FOR THE PUBLIC NUISANCE ABATEMENT LIEN
LOCATED AT 302 LAS VEGAS, FILE#CP98-253
WHEREAS the City has instituted abatement proceedings concerning Zoning Ordinance&building code
violations(property maintenance)located on the property described as 302 Las Vegas, Palm Springs,
California; and
WHEREAS said property is shown as Assessor's Parcel No.669-413-023 on the County Assessor's
Map books as of June 28, 1999; and
WHEREAS the Director ofPlanning and Building has reported that notices required in accordance with
Chapter 11.72 ofthe Palm Springs Municipal Code have been given and that the owner had refused to
comply; and
WHEREAS pursuant to said code,the City thereupon abated the public nuisance located on the property
described above; and
WHEREAS the City Council did receive and file the report ofproceedings and accounting ofthe cost of

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves the report of Proceedings and Accounting of cost in
the total amount of$1,325.00.
Section 2. That a special assessment lien in the amount of$1,325.00 is hereby imposed upon the
property hereinabove described.
Section3. That a certified copy ofthis Resolution and the report shall be filed with the Riverside County
Assessor.
Section 4. Thatthe County Assessoris respectfully requested to enter the amount ofthe assessment on
the County Tax Roll opposite the parcel of land referred to,and that thereafter said amount
shall be collected at the same time, and in the same manner as ordinary municipal taxes.

FOR THE PUBLIC NUISANCE ABATEMENT
LIEN LOCATED AT 233 TRAMVIEW ROAD,

WHEREAS the City has instituted abatement proceedings concerning a Zoning Ordinance and
Building Code violations (property maintenance and substandard building)located on the property
described as 233 Tramview Road, Palm Springs, California; and
WHEREAS said property is shown as Assessor's Parcel No.669-401-010 on the County Assessor's
Map books as of June 28, 1999; and
WHEREAS the Director of Planning and Building has reported that notices required in accordance
with Chapter 11.72 of the Palm Springs Municipal Code have been given and that the owner had
refused to comply; and
WHEREAS pursuant to said code, the City thereupon abated the public nuisance located on the
property described above; and
WHEREAS the City Council did receive and file the report of proceedings and accounting of the
cost of abatement on June 2, 1999.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves the report of Proceedings and Accounting of
cost in the total amount of$890.00.
Section 2. That a special assessment lien in the amount of$890.00 is hereby imposed upon the
property hereinabove described.
Section 3. That a certified copy of this Resolution and the report shall be filed with the Riverside
County Assessor.
Section 4. That the County Assessor is respectfully requested to enter the amount of the
assessment on the County Tax Roll opposite the parcel of land referred to, and that
thereafter said amount shall be collected at the same time, and in the same manner as
ordinary municipal taxes.
Section 5. That a certified copy of this resolution and the report be recorded with the Riverside
County Recorder's Office.
