• I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding Bid (IFB) 04-07 to Desert
View Tree Service, Palm Desert, CA, for palm tree trimming at various locations
in the City on a unit price basis of $18 per tree for removal of seedpods and
fronds, for a projected total cost of $53,604, was adopted by the City Council of
the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 71" day of
July, 2004.
