I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, awarding purchase of twenty-one
(21) additional "Downtown" decorative lighting fixtures to Delta Lighting Systems,
Inc., in the amount of $59,849.74, was adopted by the City Council of the City of
Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 301h day of July, 2003.
