I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving the award of contract and
authorizing staff to negotiate an agreement with Colen and Lee for third party
administration of the City's Workers' Compensation Program, in a form
acceptable to the City Attorney, was adopted by the City Council of the City of
Palm Springs, California, in a meeting thereof held on the 2° day of April, 2003.
