I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving and adopting the plans,
specifications and working details, and authorizing advertisement for construction
bids for the various citywide traffic signal improvements, City Project 00-37, was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting
thereof held on the 261h day of March, 2003.
