I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving and adopting the plans,
specifications and working details, and authorizing advertisement for construction
bids for the Palm Springs Skate Park Construction, City Project 02-23, was
adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a meeting
thereof held on the 18th day of December, 2002.
