I HEREBY CERTIFY that this Minute Order, approving the submission of a Draft
Housing Element to the California Department of Housing and Community
Development for review and approval, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney,
was adopted by the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, California, in a
meeting thereof held on the 18`h day of December, 2002.
